Looking at the barriers and working through solutions, the CWBTS Workplace Wellbeing & Resilience Workshop is designed to challenge you to see the negativity bias for what it is and make permanent changes that will impact your wellbeing, your relationships with colleagues and teams and your leadership model.

Whether you’re in a leadership role or not, you’ll have work and career and family impacts that will challenge you. Build your resilience and learn to put in place the skills you learn to reduce the stresses through permanent change.

What are some of the skills that I will acquire upon completion?

  • Understand the brain
  • Vulnerability and resilience and how can it be measured
  • The imposter syndrome.
  • Why are some just less bothered?
  • Is your negativity bias running you? Oh you’re normal!
  • What are the burn-out markers and why do colleagues see them before I do?
  • Consider a new compassion-based leadership model

TWO x 3-hour workshops delivered one to two weeks apart. Delivery includes a pre-course and post-course survey to record the effectiveness of the program and the impacts on wellbeing.

The benefits of studying in a classroom setting include being able to share first-hand experiences, ideas and questions with peers and our expert facilitators. You’ll study alongside like-minded colleagues and strengthen your network.
