Looking at the barriers and working through solutions, the CWBTS Workplace Wellbeing & Resilience Workshop is designed to challenge you to see the negativity bias for what it is and make permanent changes that will impact your wellbeing, your relationships with colleagues and teams and your leadership model.

Whether you’re in a leadership role or not, you’ll have work and career and family impacts that will challenge you. Build your resilience and learn to put in place the skills you learn to reduce the stresses through permanent change.
What will I learn?
Learn what resilience actually is and how to measure it. Like physical exercise, build your resilience muscle and your personal core strength as you manage your negativity bias; recognise it in others and show compassion. Understand burnout and the warning signs.

Delivered as a series of two short workshops, bookended by individual surveys, this program will ensure that you’re calm, centred and connected to the workplace.
